Cancellation Policy

Set out below are the terms on which Jen Adams provides nutrition advice service to her clients, so please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any nutrition session or starting metabolic balance® with Jen Adams

Cancellations or re-arranging appointment If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact Jen Adams direct on 07970 748001 or email: jen@jenadamsuk.com,  you can re-arrange an appointment you have up to 24 hours before the appointment time. e.g Friday at 11am can be re-arranged on Thursday at 10am without loss of deposit or session from the package. This applies to time or day changes, any re-arrangements of appointments need to be re-booked within 14 days of original appointment without loss of booking fee or deposit, and appointments can be re-arranged up to 3 times.

Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. Prior to your appointment,  Jen will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment or reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.

Any client who brings a child with them to a nutrition session must also be accompanied by another adult to chaperone the child whilst the client is in session. Failure to bring an adult chaperone with any child will result in the session being cancelled and loss of the value of session or deposit. No children under the age of 16 years must be left unattended within the clinic at any time.

Credit card details, deposits and payments For an appointment a deposit of 50% of the treatment/therapy may be charged to your credit or debit card at the time of booking, in order to secure the appointment. For a consultation, a fee of £25 may be charged to your credit or debit card at the time of booking, in order to secure the appointment. This fee is deducted from your first session cost when booked within the consultation. Cash payments can be made when arriving for appointment and refund to a card can be made, or the other 50% can be paid by cash! Jen Adams Ltd does not accept cheques, however, bank transfers can be arranged at the time of booking.

Metabolic Balance® Diet Plan Cancellation Policy

On signing the consent form you; I herewith agree that there will be no refund of monies in the event of not wishing to proceed with the plan from this point. I hereby accept it is my responsibility to implement the advice from metabolic balance® and Jen Adams - weight loss coach, as failure to do so will affect my potential results and success.

Metabolic Balance® All sessions purchased within the metabolic plan are paid in full in advance of the during the consultation. If you need to cancel or re-arranging and the appointment terms are not adhered to then one session will be deducted from the plan. Any follow-up sessions left untaken after 12 months from starting the plan will be forfeited. Courses are only refundable for medical reasons with Doctor's note. On receipt of a doctor's note dated within six months of the consent form, any refund agreed is calculated by deducting the following; the cost of the generating and presenting the plan [£650], the full list price of all sessions already received, any non-attendance charges. These will be deducted from the total price of the metabolic balance® plan purchased, with the difference returned to you.

Monthly Nutrition Subscriptions are for a minimum of six months on the same date each month from your selected validated card. Your nutrition session will be discussed, however, can be changed depending on your results and goals. Cancellation and re-arranging terms apply. After the initial 12 months, the subscription will continue on a rolling monthly basis until negotiations are discussed for another subscription or notification to cancel is received by the client.
