Hello Ryan. @44:30 Why #9 increase when selling inventory on account where you decrease inventory but increase receivable?  #10, why increase when selling inventory for cash where you decrease inventory and increase cash? Both #9 and #10 would increase IF we are calculating quick ratio that excludes inventory. I thought we are calculating current ratio that includes inventory. Correct me if I am wrong. I understand inventory sold is cost of goods sold (expense), but accounting still need to credit inventory & debit cost of goods sold.

  2. Hi sir… Ask ko lang po dun sa effect sa CR if we collected our AR within the discount period…diba po we record na ung AR at net amounts so pag ngcollect tayo ng cash from that ar- nakanet na din po… so bale no effect po dapat? am i right po?
